Help for Windows Vista Users
Windows Vista users and Single Sign-On Applications.
Vista’s default security model uses a Secure Socket Layer Protocol which, if unaltered, causes a very slow response to resolving the log on page for Mineral Titles Online (MTOL) and Tengraph Online (TGOL). To quickly resolve the issue, a minor adjustment to the Internet Explorer Advanced Options must be performed:
Open Internet Explorer
Click: Tools | Internet Options | Advanced

Once clicking on the Advanced Tab, scroll to the SSL settings and ensure that just SSL 3.0 is checked. Close and reopen all browser sessions in order for this adjustment to take effect.

Vista users must use the older Citrix Web Client to access Tengraph Online (TGOL ). Please download and install the client found here: Citrix 8.1 client (If you have loaded the version 10 client, this must be uninstalled first).
Vista will first issue a security warning (see below). In order to access Tengraph Online you must click the ”Allow” button.

Vista will next warn that the version you are loading is not the most recent – ignore these warnings by clicking the run program button (see below) - this may happen up to three times, in order to install the compatible client interface.

Using the 10 series client (as suggested by Vista) will result in a certificate error, and access to Tengraph Online will not be gained.
If you still experience problems, please contact the DoIR IT Service Desk.
